Learning the trade from an early age, Jake developed an intuitive understanding of ground preparation, asphalt mix dynamics, heavy machinery operation, and structural pavement longevity. Holding a California C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractors License, Jake combines decades of hands-on field experience with technical regulatory mastery to deliver smooth, durable, and precisely engineered paving solutions across San Diego County.


Jake’s technical expertise spans the entire pavement lifecycle for both residential and commercial applications. As an active job-site foreman, he specializes in site grading, base compaction, hot-mix asphalt paving, driveway installations, commercial parking lot construction, resurfacing, and ongoing blacktop maintenance. Known for his rigorous attention to detail, Jake ensures every project adheres to strict drainage slopes, load-bearing requirements, and local municipal codes, resulting in structural surfaces engineered to handle heavy traffic and coastal weather conditions.
